In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Our refund time limits are listed below.

14-Day Refund Period

Bluetooth Headsets may be returned for a refund 14 days from the date of receipt.

30-Day Refund Period

Refunds are available 30 days from the date of receipt for all products except those listed in the 14-Day Return Section.

Refund Guidelines

Items returned for a refund must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. We reserve the right to compelely reject or assess a restocking fee to any returned item that has been used, is not in "new" condition, and/or is missing the original packaging, parts, components, manuals, and/or other original contents.

1-Year Warranty

Yoyo Wireless rigorously evaluates and tests our products. We carry high quality products that are manufactured in ISO Certified factories. We are so confident in our products that we offer a full 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Our warranty policy does not cover the following:

User abuse
Misuse of product
Improper handling or installation

Defective products will be replaced with an identical item. If the same item is no longer available, a similar item will be substituted.

We reserve the right to determine the cause of any and all damage.

Return Instructions

In order to return an item you must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include the Order ID and reason for requesting the RMA. Once we receive your request, we will promptly issue an RMA along with complete return instructions.

Any returns we receive without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.

You are responsible for shipping charges for returns. We recommend packing return shipments well and using a trackable shipping method. We will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Please allow up to 14 days after receipt to process your return.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
